The high-speed centrifuge is driven by a brushless variable-frequency motor and controlled by a microcomputer to achieve an optimal stable operation state. It has functions such as multiple acceleration and deceleration speed options and multiple protections. At the same time, it uses a fully enclosed air-cooled compressor, which controls the temperature of the centrifuge chamber through a dual-loop system for refrigeration and heating to provide precise temperature control, making experimental operations safer, simpler, and more reliable. It is widely used in industries such as radioimmunoassay, biochemistry, and pharmaceuticals, especially in the separation and purification of blood products.
Working Principle of the High-speed Centrifuge:
The air enters the air heater after passing through the air filter. The heating methods of the air heater include hot blast stove heating, electric heating, steam heating, etc. When the air is heated to the specified temperature, it enters the hot air distributor in a tangential direction. After the action of the hot air distributor, the air enters the drying chamber evenly and in a spiral shape. At the same time, the liquid material is atomized into droplets with a size of 25-60μm by the atomizer. When the droplets come into contact with the hot air, they are quickly vaporized and dried into powder or granular products. The dried powder or granular products fall onto the four walls of the conical body of the drying chamber and slide to the bottom of the cone to enter the powder accumulation cylinder. A small amount of fine powder flows into the cyclone separator with the air for separation. Finally, the waste gas is discharged from the exhaust port of the fan or discharged after entering the wet dust collector.
Characteristics of the High-speed Centrifuge:
(1) Microcomputer control and liquid crystal display.
(2) Driven by an AC variable-frequency motor, it runs quietly and cleanly.
(3) It provides 9 acceleration and deceleration rate selection modes; and offers 10 working mode selection options, which can be freely programmed and called up.
(4) The rotation speed and centrifugal force can be set for each other and displayed on the same screen.
(5) Two timing modes are available: start timing when the operation begins and start timing when the set rotation speed is reached, with convenient switching.
(6) The door cover adopts a double-lock rod design, with a magnetic induction door lock and electric door opening, making the operation safer.
(7) Parameters can be changed at any time during operation without the need to stop the machine.
(8) It has an air-cooled exhaust design, with low temperature and low noise.
(9) It can automatically identify the rotor.
(10) The rotor has a memory function. The machine will give an alarm prompt when the rotor reaches its service life to prevent potential safety hazards.
