Working Principle of the High-speed Centrifuge: The air enters the air heater after passing through the air filter. The heating methods of the air heater include hot blast stove heating, electric heating, steam heating, etc. When the air is heated to the specified temperature, it enters the hot air distributor in a tangential direction. After the action of the hot air distributor, the air enters the drying chamber evenly and in a spiral shape. At the same time, the liquid material is atomized into droplets with a size of 25-60μm by the atomizer. When the droplets come into contact with the hot air, they are quickly vaporized and dried into powder or granular products. The dried powder or granular products fall onto the four walls of the conical body of the drying chamber and slide to the bottom of the cone to enter the powder accumulation cylinder. A small amount of fine powder flows into the cyclone separator with the air for separation. Finally, the waste gas is discharged from the exhaust port of the fan or discharged after entering the wet dust collector.
