Analysis and Troubleshooting of Common Malfunctions: Motor Overheating**: There are generally the following situations for motor overheating: 1. The starting time of a general three-legged centrifuge is ≤60s. If the starting time is long, it may be due to the wear of the throwing blocks, the light weight, the presence of oil stains on the surface of the friction plate, or quality problems with the motor. Therefore, it is necessary to replace the new throwing blocks or check the motor. 2. The starting current is large. The starting current of a general three-legged centrifuge is about 2.5 times the rated current, and the starting current under load is about 3 times the rated current. If the current exceeds this value, it may be due to quality problems with the motor, whether the power line is correct, whether the motor shaft is bent, whether there is a jamming phenomenon in the clutch, or whether the clutch throwing blocks are overweight. Vibration: 1. Large vibration during no-load operation: The vibration of the centrifuge is mainly caused by the imbalance of the drum mass, the too large gap between the drum supports, and the loosening of the bolts and nuts at the connecting parts. If the centrifuge has been used for a long time and is severely corroded, the possibility of cracks in the drum welds or other parts should be considered. Sometimes, too much accumulated material in the drum causes the drum to be unbalanced, which will also cause vibration. Other reasons, such as a bent main shaft or damaged bearings, may also cause vibration. 2. Large vibration during load operation: In addition to the above reasons, the large vibration during load operation is mainly caused by the unbalanced distribution of materials, resulting in unbalance and vibration. This can be solved by adjusting the feeding method and evenly distributing the materials. Secondly, it may be because the drum has been used for a long time or has been knocked and deformed. During the use process, the thickness of the filter cake layer formed in the drum cannot be evenly distributed, so the machine will vibrate.
