How to Install a High - speed Bench - top Centrifuge
Pubdate:2025-04-15 14:48:24 Visits:1023
With the development of science and technology, the types of high-speed bench-top centrifuges have become diversified, their application scope has become wider and wider, and more and more people are purchasing them. However, no matter who you are and what kind of centrifuge you have purchased, the details to be noted during the receipt of the goods and the installation process are largely the same. Today, taking the high-speed bench-top centrifuge as an example, we would like to give some suggestions to centrifuge buyers. When checking the goods after receipt and installing the machine, the following points should be done: 1. Unpacking: After receiving the high-speed bench-top centrifuge, first check whether there are any phenomena such as collision damage. If there are such phenomena, please contact our company. If no collision damage or other similar phenomena are found after checking the high-speed bench-top centrifuge, then check whether the main unit and accessories are complete according to the content of the packing list. If there are any shortages, please contact our company in a timely manner. 2. Installation Environment Requirements: The air should be free of conductive dust and corrosive gases, the relative humidity should not be greater than 85%, avoid direct sunlight, keep it dry and ventilated, and there should be no other strong vibration sources. The high-speed bench-top centrifuge should be placed on a firm horizontal surface, and the four rubber feet must bear the force evenly to avoid unnecessary vibration. 3. Installation Space Requirements: There should be at least 30 centimeters of space behind the high-speed bench-top centrifuge to ensure air circulation and meet the heat dissipation requirements of the high-speed bench-top centrifuge. The room temperature should not exceed 30°C to ensure ideal performance. 4. Installation Power Supply Requirements: The high-speed bench-top centrifuge uses a single-phase AC power supply, AC230V/50~60HZ. The power supply must have an independent ground wire, and it is strictly prohibited to use the neutral wire instead of the protective ground wire. Before use, make sure that the centrifuge tubes are balanced. If the two sides are unbalanced, it will cause severe vibration of the high-speed bench-top centrifuge, causing great damage to the centrifuge and more or less shortening the service life of the high-speed bench-top centrifuge. After tightening the rotor cover, be sure to touch with your fingers whether there is a gap between the rotor and the cover. If there is a gap, unscrew it and tighten it again until it is confirmed that there is no gap before starting the machine. During the centrifugation process, the operator should not be too far away from the machine. Once an abnormal situation occurs, the operator should press the stop button in a timely manner.
